Florim – Ceramic rain screen system

Florim is a large producer of ceramic tiles who was looking to widen their range of products in the architectural realm.  During a workshop process, the idea of a rain screen cladding system came about and was then developed using quality porcelain tiles. This non-porous material is perfectly suited for this application and has excellent sustainability criteria.

The ability to CNC-cut the individual tiles into triangular and other shapes, together with a clever mounting system, allows for the creation of a variety of shapes and curvatures
